RETURN POLICY:

By making a purchase through our online and in-store channels, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise indicated. We do not offer exchanges or returns for any item sold, whether online or in-store. (Applies to all items, including “as-is” and “deadstock” labeled merchandise)

2. It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect their purchase upon receipt. If you notice any damage or misrepresentation, please notify us immediately. Claims must be submitted five (5) business days after purchase. This applies only towards products purchased via the online store.

3. We do not offer any warranties, express or implied, as due to the nature of merchandise being sold.

4. The buyer may be responsible for any costs incurred in connection with the inspection, shipping, and handling of the purchased item(s).

5. Savoy Special Vintage shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the purchased item(s).

6. Any unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
